We were commissioned by creative consultancy GW+Co to design a bespoke typeface as part of the global rebranding of iconic lock makers, Yale.
Yale Solis is inspired by the engineered typefaces of the early 20th century and is brought up to date through careful attention to proportion and detail to remove the often mechanical impression these early typefaces have. The end result is a set of fonts that are functional, engaging and timeless.
